A few words about Elite Property Services

 In March 1986, Joseph A. Bahnatka formed Global Management Corporation. Global became a full service professional property management company, involved in condominium, residential, and commercial properties. In 2003, Leigh Bahnatka, formed Elite Property Services, Inc. which utilized her past experiences with this company and her previous knowledge of condominiums and HOA’s. Leigh’s degree in Information Science has ushered in a new electronic age for Elite.

Most of our Association Managers are Certified Managers of Community Associations (CMCA). Two of our managers have obtained the highest professional designation in our industry, that being a Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM). Our company is also an Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC). Only 106 Management Companies nationwide have achieved this designation. In addition to our Hyde Park, NY office, we also have an office in Middletown, NY to better serve our customers.
